Who We Are

Hi! My name is Lindsey, Owner of Barks and Biscuits Pet Services.

From a young age, I had a deep, natural connection with animals. I grew up surrounded by large breeds. I had a Great Dane named Max, a Great Dane PitBull mix named Louie, and an Akita named Jax. I also had two Maine Coon cats named Simba and Zazu and a few fish. I learned early on the responsibility, respect, and love that come with caring for animals.
My passion only grew as I spent summers at sleepaway camp, where I took on the care of horses, further cementing my lifelong bond with animals big and small.
In 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, I turned that lifelong passion into a purpose-driven business. Recognizing the need for dependable, compassionate pet care in my community, I founded my own dog walking and pet sitting company. What started as a one-woman operation quickly blossomed into a trusted, family-owned business known for its personalized and loving approach to every animal it serves.
Today, myself and my husband Dylan—who left his construction job to join the business full time—work hand and hand together to make your pets feel safe and loved. My sister Sami also plays a key role, working part-time and helping bring a personal, family feel to every visit and walk.
Together, we care for a wide range of animals, from dogs and cats to birds, fish, tortoises, rabbits, and more. As proud pet parents to a Cane Corso Mastiff named Blu and a Pit Bull mix named Brody, we understand that pets are family. We treat each and every one of our clients’ pets with the same love, patience, and respect that we give our own.   Rooted in trust, family, and a true love for animals, Barks and Biscuits Pet Services has become a go-to for pet owners seeking reliable, trustworthy, loving care.
